" Being only four when I started playing the piano, I enjoyed it so much that I never minded practicing."
I enjoy teaching children because children are frank and outspoken and they will tell you what they like and what they don't like. In Japan, children start playing the piano at a very early age, like three or four years old. When I teach children of such an early age I teach them in a playful way so that they keep up the interest in the piano. Lessons are therefore no longer than thirty minutes.
I gained extensive teaching experience as a private teacher in Japan and The Netherlands, being diplomed with both a Japanese and Dutch Bachelor and Master Degree of Music and the Japanese Teachers license. I am a member of the European Piano Teachers Association (EPTA).
At the moment the lessons will be held at my address in The Hague.
